Harvesting Bean Trees

Exact meeting location will be emailed to you after purchasing a ticket.

We will pick Palo Verde, Mesquite, AND Ironwood Tree beans.  This is the first time I have found these ripe at the same time.  Learn to identify the trees, how to pick the beans safely, what equipment is needed, how to process them once you get them home, we'll cook some up in my kitchen and eat some; how to store them.
